Looking for a piece of mind call The Modern Back

My wife and I have been looking for a massage chair for quite some time, but I was afraid to purchase a chair Online, because I could not speak with a live person and I wanted to try out the chair first, before investing so much money. I ran across The Modern Back and spoke with Tom, the owner, and he was "awesome". My wife and I drove 2 hours to Sarasota to see his impressive showroom and bought the Osaki High Pointe 4D chair. I replaced my old massage chair with a new one from the Modern Back. We bought the Osaki Highpointe 4D. Modern Back is the best retail company that I have ever dealt with. Tom is just great and so is his wife Anne Marie. They have excellent products and a lot of them to try. Their knowledge of the different chairs is terrific and they were a real pleasure to deal with. I like dealing with a local, family-owned business and prefer to buy this way if I can, rather than the big box stores. Their customer service attitude is just the best and I highly recommend them if you want to try and buy a massage chair. It feels SOO GOOD to have one at home again!
