Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy  

Your complete satisfaction is our priority, and most items can be returned within 30 days with a pre-authorization.  Please use the “Contact Us” form or call 800 416 4304 to notify us of your intent.    

Customer agrees to the following:   

  • All products, attachments, manuals and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.   
  • All shipping and white glove delivery fees are not refundable  
  • Real Relax massage chairs have a 15-day return policy.
  • The customer is responsible for any damages to the product(s) including any scuffs, odors, stains, scratches and other damages 
  • Mattresses, adjustable beds, lift chairs, and bedding products are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons.  We do, however, offer a 90 Night Comfort Exchange on Mattresses.  See details below.  
  • Showroom & open-box products are all sales final and no returns are permitted  
  • Special and custom orders are all sales final and no returns are permitted  
  • Products purchased via finance are not eligible for a return  
  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 0 to 30% of the purchase price


Exchanges are permissible within 30 days and the customer is responsible for white glove delivery fees and shipping fees.  If the product is defective and cannot be fixed, it will be replaced. Once an exchange has taken place it cannot be returned.   

90 Night Comfort Exchange 

It is our #1 goal to ensure that our customers sleep comfortably and we want to make sure you are happy with your new mattress for years to come. This is why we offer a one-time 90 night comfort exchange for mattresses. We ask that you allow at least 30 days for your new mattress to break in and adjust to your body weight and sleep patterns before we can initiate a comfort exchange. Simply call us 800-416-4304. There is a one-time comfort exchange fee of $199. The new mattress must be of the same size. The buyer is also responsible for any difference in price before an exchange can be made. Note that all mattresses are limited to a one-time comfort exchange per household. If you request to initiate a comfort exchange for your originally purchased mattress, the second mattress is a final sale. Comfort exchanges are good for 90 days after the delivery of your mattress. After 90 days, we can no longer offer a comfort exchange. 

Cancellation Policy  

Please note, if you cancel your order before your product ships, you will be charged a 3% cancellation fee - no exceptions.  If you cancel your order & your product has already shipped, you will also be responsible for any shipping fees that are incurred.   


Thoroughly inspect your items for damages and notate any damages upon signing for delivery. If the product & box is badly damaged, write on the Bill of Delivery as “REFUSED DUE TO DAMAGE.”  Take pictures of the damage and contact us 800-416-4304 as soon as possible so we are aware of the situation.
