Return & Exchange Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our priority, and most items can be returned within 30 days with a pre-authorization. Please use the “Contact Us” form or call 800 416 4304 to notify us of your intent.
Customer agrees to the following:
- The customer is responsible to return the product in resaleable condition. All products, attachments, manuals and accessories must be returned in their original packaging.
- All shipping and white glove delivery fees are not refundable
- The customer is responsible for any damages to the products including any scuffs, odors, stains, scratches and other damages
- Lift chairs are all sales final and no returns are permitted
- Showroom chairs are all sales final and no returns are permitted
- Special and custom orders are all sales final and no returns are permitted
- Products purchased via finance are not eligible for a return
- We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 0 to 30%
Exchanges are permissible within 30 days and customer is responsible for white glove delivery fees and shipping fees. If product is defective and cannot be fixed, it will be replaced. Once an exchange has taken place it cannot be returned.
Please note that there will be a 3% charge cancelled before it ships, no exceptions. If your product has shipped you will also be responsible for any shipping fees that are incurred.
Please inspect your product on arrival. If any damage is noted, please take pics and email to us. We will process your claim in a timely manner with the manufacturer.
