Every massage chair purchased through our store comes with a manufacturer's warranty, ensuring your product is protected and supported directly by the brand. Below, you’ll find the information on how to file a claim for each brand. Whether you need to contact the service department or start a warranty claim, this page makes it easy to find exactly what you need. When you submit a warranty claim, you’ll need to provide the manufacturer with your name, order number, and the name of the product you purchased along with a description of what you’re experiencing. If you need to obtain a copy of your proof of purchase, please send an email to support@themodernback.com
