Specialized Foot Rollers
The main feature of the Tao is its foot massage! There are three rollers per foot, providing full coverage to hit all of the key acupressure points in the feet. Accupressure points are linked to areas in the body like the stomach and heart to improve gut health, reduce pain, and increase circulation. To make the foot massage even better, there are a pair of kneading wheels behind the heel of the foot to maximize relief.
SL-Track With 3D Massage Rollers
An L-shaped track lines the body under the neck, shoulders, back, and thighs sothe 3D rollers can travel to hard-to-reach places. These rollers can perform a variety of massage techniques such as kneading and tapping, forming wide circles to provide the best full body massage. The speed, intensity, and width of the rollers can also be adjusted as needed.
Air Massage
24 airbags are placed throughout the Tao to provide a compression massage on the shoulders, arms, calves, and feet. Compression is great for keeping the body secure so the 3D rollers can safely and accurately give the massage while also increasing blood circulation.
Zero-Gravity Recline and Space Saving
Zero Gravity allows the user to recline back until their knees are above the heart. This position can make the body feel light weight while it increases blood circulation, relieves joint and spinal pressure, and improves flexibility. The Tao has three stages of Zero-Gravity which means the chair can recline deeper and father back. Even with 3-stage Zero-Gravity, the Tao only needs 2 inches of space behind the chair and the wall!
Heating
Heat can be applied to the lumbar area of the back and on the calves for soothing pain relief.

Everyone deserves a massage! The Tao was designed to hold users within the height range of 4’10”-6’3” and up to a suggested maximum weight of 260 lbs. The seat width measures 19.5” across and a shoulder width of 20”. To make sure everything measures up right, the leg rest is spring-loaded, meaning the leg rest manually adjusts according to height and movement.
Voice Control
Say “Hey Alice” to activate the voice controls to then speak your command without having to navigate through the remote. The full list of voice commands is printed in the user manual to adjust intensity, air pressure, and to pick an auto program.
