Multiple air bags placed all over the massage chair primarily located at the arms, shoulders, waist, pelvis, and the calf and feet areas. There are 5 levels of air pressure control for the airbags. Air compression at any of these 5 levels helps increase blood flow and circulation to ease away tension and pain in the body.

There are 12 different auto programs in the Ekon Plus along with 6 Manual modes that have additional styles for each of those 6. Customize your massagestyles with either Tapping, Knocking, Shiatsu, 4D Shiatsu, kneading, or Sync.

The Ekon Plus has two calming Zero Gravity recline positions that set your knees just above the heart to make you seem weightless. The chair will automatically recline to the Zero Gravity position with the touch of a button. The position can be further adjusted to your preference by manually using the remote.

The Ekon Plus slides forward on a track to save space needing only 4 inches of space from the back of the chair to the wall.

The Ekon Plus offers 3 underfoot rollers provide all-direction pressure massage for the reflex zone. Underneath the feet there are spinning reflexology rollers to provide an outstanding foot massage. The rollers under the feet will travel along the sides and middle of your feet to provide a more hand on kneading experience. Along with the foot rollers the calf portion will inflate to the appropriate amount of pressure and then initiate a calf kneading massage. Allowing the calf portion to provide a calf kneading motion will increase the blood flow of the legs, helping them to reach a higher level of relaxation.

The center of the ottoman between the legs and below the knees moves in a circular motion which is called true calf kneading. This system creates a one-of-a-kind massage experience as it uses calf rollers and air compression massage that the Ekon Plus is a master in. With all of this high-end technology, the ottoman is able to stretch to the perfect angle to reach the bridge and heel of your foot for the smoothest foot massage that is beyond expectations of a massage chair.

During a smart body scan at the beginning of the massage, the ottoman will automatically adjust according to the user's height and leg length. The extension can be adjusted to different sizes manually using the side panel controls or the controls in the remote itself. The maximum extension protrudes to 17cm, which is just over 6.6 inches.
