High quality chair. Fabulous customer support.

This massage chair does a great job at relieving tense areas, and is exactly as we hoped. It is definitely worth the price. The XL was the right choice for tall individuals, but also accommodates those of shorter stature.

We have especially been impressed with the customer service. From price matching in the ordering process, to troubleshooting a pay that was not connected correctly at setup, to offering to help us with a warranty claim if it had turned out to be something more serious, Tim and his team have been personable and working with us every step of the way.

If we ever needed another massage chair, we'd be back. But we expect this one to last us for a loooooong time! Thanks Modern Back!

I've always struggled to find a massage chair that fits me comfortably. This massage chair does a great job at relieving tense areas, and is exactly as we hoped. It is definitely worth the price. The XL was the right choice for tall individuals, but also accommodates those of shorter stature.

We have especially been impressed with the customer service.
