Very comfortable We also have a Slabway but the ET150 is much better

I love the chair, there is only a few things that don’t seem right. When I put it on lower back, or neck and shoulders it doesn’t work like that it gives a whole massage.. Am I doing something wrong?

It has to be on gentle as my back is a mess.
