To qualify for the sales tax exemption in the state of Florida, one of the following options must be followed exactly. The valid RX must be received BEFORE delivery of your purchase. RX exemption is not valid after purchase is delivered. The Rx script or letter must be signed by a Florida Licensed Practitioner.

PLEASE NOTE:
If the script is not dated correctly or the letter does not have the above wording, the Rx Script will not be accepted per the Florida Department of Revenue's guidelines. No Exceptions.
The deadline for all Rx scripts & letters is the 10th of the preceding month. For example, if you purchased on Jan 28th, then you have until Feb 10th to submit your Rx script or letter for tax exemption.
