Sports Refresh-This massage program was designed to soothe muscles after sports activities and exercise. This massage can help relax your muscles and speed up recovery timeafter an intense exercise by promoting circulation.
Extension-This massage mode was inspired by Thai massage. The strong kneading and stretching techniques used in this massage effectively decompress the entire body and promote physical vitality.
Rest & Sleep-This mild massage is recommended for using before sleep or rest. The entire body is massaged with heavy and light intensity by kneading to relieve tired muscles.
Working Relief- This is program is excellent for people who work at a desk or spend a lot of time in a seated position. It performs a strong massage to increase circulation and help the body recover from stress
Neck & Shoulder- This massage mode relieves neck and shoulder pain, with 80% of the massage time focused on the neck and shoulders. The curved design of the chair’s backrest allows the rollers to efficiently reach the shoulder and neck to help relieve fatigue in these areas.
Waist & Spine-This mode was designed to relieve lower back pain with 80% of this massage focused on the lumbar area for a massage trained on the tension that builds in this area.
Healthy Breath- A rhythmic five-minute massage created to aid with deep breathing. Deep Shiatsu -This auto mode was designed to deliver a deep shiatsu massage on the back for 10 minutes.
