Extendable Footrest: The Belmont and Quantum both allow you to manually adjust the extendable footrest to a desired length. The Belmont’s footrest can extend up to 5-inches and the Quantum’s can extend up to 7-inches. 

Number of Airbags: Airbags are located throughout both massage chairs. The Belmont comes equipped with 20 airbags and the Quantum comes equipped with 24 airbags. 

Shortcut Panel: The Belmont allows you to quickly access your favorite features with the push of a button. Activate power, massage techniques, point, heating, rollers move up/down, zero gravity/Bluetooth, and utilize a USB charging port. The Quantum does not have this. 

Voice Control System: Quickly activate programs and features with the Quantum’s intelligent voice control system. The Belmont does not have this. 

Memory Programs: The Quantum allows you to save up to 3 customizable massage programs that you create to the chair's memory. The Belmont does not have this. 

The Osaki OS-3D Belmont and Titan 3D Quantum are two very similar massage chairs with some differences between their features. The Quantum comes with some notable features such as the ability to save user-made programs to the chair’s memory and 3-stage zero gravity. The Belmont in return has more levels of intensity for its 3D rollers and a conveniently placed shortcut panel to easily access the features of the chair. The Belmont and Quantum are both fantastic massage chairs in their own right.
