All you have to do is hold the detection remote for a few seconds and it will show you your most tense regions on the touchscreen tablet’s display.

Get a deep tissue with advanced 4D quad style massage rollers. The Xrest's massage rollers get down deep to the root of pain and tension. A 4D mechanism allows the rollers to move back/forth, up/down, and in left/right motions. In addition, there are 5 adjustable speed levels, 7 adjustable intensity levels, and 3 levels of adjustable width. The Xrest's airbags can feel as light as a cloud, or as vigorous as human hands pushing deep against your body. There are 46 airbags in total that target the shoulders, arms, calves, glutes, and feet. The airbags can be adjusted between 5 levels of intensity, allowing you to customize your massage session the way you like it.

To compensate for not being able to flip the backrest pillow behind the chair due to the Xrest's hood, you can detach it and stick it to the left side of the chair. It’s a convenient design for when you need to remove the pillow to get a more intense massage for your upper back.

The Xrest's SL-Track design allows for the chair’s massage rollers to give your body an extended range or coverage. The SL-Track extends from the back of the neck, down the back, and under the glutes. The Xrest comes with a wide variety of fantastic auto programs. Some of our favorite auto massages from this chair are the stretching, signature, and deep tissue programs. In addition, 4 manual massage modes are loaded onto the Xrest.

Put your legs and calves to rest. The Xrest has the full package when it comes to the lower body. Airbags work in combination with massage rollers located behind the calves, working sore and tense muscles. The foot massage is another highlight of this chair. There are three foot rollers per foot, air bags, and heat pads that all work together to give your feet the best massage possible.

For users with longer legs, you will be happy to know that the Xrest's footrest can extend up to 9 inches. The footrest must manually be adjusted due to its spring-loaded design.
