For years, I had one specific spot on the couch because it was the only place my back felt comfortable.

Worth giving up part of the living room for

I used to be the person standing up every 20 minutes during a movie because my back was getting stiff (haha). Now I'll usually spend some time on the V9 first and don't think about it nearly as much!

The funny part is my husband was against buying it at first. Now he's on it so often I have to ask if it's my turn.

I like that I can just lay down and press start. No figuring things out, no digging through menus.

It's probably the only thing we've bought for the house that gets used this much and nobody regrets.

Something I'll Stick to Using

I didn’t expect this to become part of my routine, but it has. It’s just simple to get on for 15–20 minutes and be done.

Most of my tension sits right between my shoulder blades and lower back, and this does a good job moving through both without me having to adjust anything. It’s more of a steady, rolling pressure that builds as it goes.

The heat is amazing as well. After a few minutes you can feel your back start to loosen up, not all at once, just gradually.

I agree with some of the other reviews I've read. I like that I don’t always have to lay flat. Sometimes I prop it up a bit and just relax on my phone while it runs.

I’ve been using the V9 for a month now and it’s been really easy to work into my routine.

The rollers follow your spine closely, so it feels pretty targeted without being too intense. The heat is the standout though, it really helps loosen things up and makes the whole session more relaxing.

I also like that you can recline it instead of just laying flat the whole time. Makes it more comfortable depending on how you want to use it.

It’s not an aggressive massage, but that’s kind of why I keep coming back to it. It’s just a really relaxing way to unwind and reset.
